Vincent Carmellini
PT, DPT, MTC

Vincent comes to Colorado as an Ohio native, born and raised in Cleveland, and received his BS in Exercise Science with academic distinction from the University of Toledo. He received his Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from Andrews University in Dayton, Ohio and completed his post-professional clinical doctorate degree (DPT) from the University of St. Augustine in St. Augustine, Florida. Vincent is certified in Manual Therapy from the University of St. Augustine. He presented his Master's thesis, Energy Expenditure in Individuals with Multiple Sclerosis, at the American College of Sports Medicine's National Conference. His doctoral capstone project examined current concepts in upper cervical spine rehabilitation and the relationship between vestibular, visual, and upper cervical spine in regards to neck pain and headaches.

Vincent specializes in joint care for the spine and extremities. He is an expert in treating complex and atypical orthopedic surgical cases and has experience treating world-class skiers and cyclists. Previously located outside New York City, he has worked closely with surgeons from world-renowned hospitals and clinics, such as the Hospital of Special Surgery and Columbia University.

He is an experienced cyclist and currently competes in both mountain and road disciplines throughout the U.S. When he is not on his bike, Vincent is enjoying mountaineering and multi-day backpacking trips. He is also an accomplished musician, and you can hear him playing the bass guitar on several CDs of local artists in New York and Massachusetts.
