Shannon Gore
Marketing Director

Shannon originates from the beautiful wooded hills just outside of Cleveland, Ohio. Upon completion of college in Dayton, Ohio, she followed her love of nature out to Colorado. After a few years in Denver working as a social worker of gerontology, Shannon dove into the mountains fully and moved to remote Crested Butte, CO. She thoroughly enjoyed immersing herself in the special community and all of the play that its pristine surroundings offer. It was here that Shannon began to practice yoga so as to relieve some back pain and improve her snowboarding performance. Upon returning to Denver, Shannon shifted gears to social service work with adolescents at risk of substance use and abuse.

During this time, she also deepened her yoga practice and began to teach. She pursued fully teaching yoga but it wasn’t quite paying the mortgage and such so she took a position as office manager and marketing coordinator for a physical therapy practice. Shannon was thriving in this position when Rocky Mountain Spine and Sport purchased the business in August of 2010. She was seen fit to represent the group as a whole and became the director of marketing. Her knowledge of the trade and her natural ability to connect with people serve this group well.

In her free time Shannon enjoys live music and dance as well as travel, hiking and time with friends and family.
