Beth Calder
DPT, RD, CSCS

Beth was born and raised in Williamsport, PA. Following high school Beth played collegiate lacrosse at Cornell University where she was a member of the 2002 Final Four squad. Beth graduated from Cornell with a degree in nutrition, food and agriculture and continued her education to become a Registered Dietitian. Beth began her career at the Parisi Speed School as a performance coach and sports dietitian. At Parisi’s Beth coached athletes of all ages in sprint mechanics, speed training and speed specific strengthening. She also worked with teams and individuals creating individualized nutrition plans. At Parisi’s Beth also had the opportunity to work closely with a physical therapist helping injured athletes return to high level competition. It was that experience that first encouraged Beth to consider physical therapy as a career.

In 2007, Beth moved to Denver to coach lacrosse at Regis University and begin physical therapy school. At Regis, Beth had the tremendous opportunity to learn the art and science of physical therapy while pursuing two of her passions: coaching and lacrosse. At Regis Beth trained under some of the best manual orthopedic therapists in the country.

Beth enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities. With a strong background in sports training, she has the ability to help people return to all functional and recreational activities. Beth looks forward to working with you to eliminate pain, improve your function and return to your favorite activities.
